Biscotti con il caramello salato no industriale, una goduria...pasticcini al cocco,crostatine alla frutta una delizia...e che dire della crema al cioccolato??? Un mondo di squisita golosità!!!
Cosa più importante: prodotti freschissimi ma veramente freschi no a chiacchiere come alcuni esercizi che vendono il prodotto che spacciano per eccellente ma con tanto di muffa dentro o creme acide e...finalmente ...PREZZI ONESTISSIMI e tanta tanta umiltà nel saper soddisfare le richieste o ascoltare i suggerimenti del cliente. THE PARADOX?: A CROISSANT BY FAR BETTER THAN MANY OTHERS WITH GLUTEN. The cookies with salted caramel, not industrial, are a delight... the coconut pastries, the fruit tarts are a delight... and what about the chocolate cream??? A world of exquisite deliciousness!!! Most importantly: the freshest products, truly fresh, no nonsense like some shops that sell products they claim are excellent but with mold inside or sour creams and... finally... VERY HONEST PRICES and a lot of humility in knowing how to satisfy requests or listen to customer suggestions. Kindness and professionalism: 5 out of 5
Non ho intolleranze ma ho voluto comunque provare i dolci di Patisserie...che dire...top! Tutto buonissimo compreso il caffè provatelo! A Daniele e tutto lo staff complimenti... Almeno una volta a settimana ci vado da Castellana ne vale la pena!

Ho scoperto questa pasticceria per puro caso trovandomi di passaggio a Putignano. Che dire cornetto super per non parlare dei biscotti veramente buoni. Per la seconda domenica consecutiva andati a prendere i pasticcini ottimi una bontà. Finalmente anche per noi celiaci possibile gustare della buona pasticceria. Complimenti!!!
